This can leave our mind thinking we are perpetually dealing with crisis, emergency or danger. Our brain needs time to relax. Self-hypnosis tracks will take you into a deep blissful relaxation. Self-hypnosis works by targeting the subconscious mind, the part of our mind that controls our automatic thoughts and behaviours. By feeding the subconscious with positive affirmations, we can rewire our thought patterns and behaviours, leading to improved mood and reduced anxiety.
